Mitsui Miyanokura has an antenna shop which sells products of nationally famous makers of “tsukemono” (Japanese pickled vegetables including eggplant, Japanese radish, and cucumber). It also holds classes for making Japanese traditional tsukemono, including nukadoko (fermented rice bran bed) and sake lees making.
