As a symbol tower of Ichinomiya City, Twin Arch 138 stands in 138 Tower Park. The extensive park is decorated with illuminations about one month before Christmas, making it a popular winter attraction. The emergency stairway of Twin Arch 138 is lit up in tricolor. Special photo spots are also created in the park.
