The Nobi Great Fireworks is a fireworks display jointly held by Ichinomiya City and its neighbor city (Hashima City, Aichi Prefecture) located on the opposite side of the Kiso River. On the day of the event, many spectators wear yukata (summer kimono). Nishakudama fireworks blossom powerfully like giant flowers in the night sky. Spectators can also enjoy a nostalgic Japanese atmosphere, such as fireworks reflected in the water of the Kiso River, and boats quietly floating on the river.
